Tonight

Tonight we went to China Town for dinner. It was a very popular restaurant that we went to, and Fabrice told me they call those kind of places "Bui-Buis" (sp?). Brigitte said that while she was ordering the waiter was staring at me. I suppose they don't get too many tourists there haha

There is a maid that comes to the house every week day to clean and iron from 4-6pm and she is very nice. She plays with the kids a lot and it's fun talking to her. She often asks me how to say things in engligh, like, "A demain" and "mal au ventre".

Fabrice and I often talk about music, because we have similar taste. I gave Sam and Juliette a CD that I had made at home with some older classics and stuff, and Brigitte and Fabrice recognized some of the artists. Even more popular modern artists like the Ting Tings and Lilly Allen. Fabrice has a large collection of CDs and I look through them at night and play some and he tells me about going to shows and things.
Brigitte reminisces about being in the states. Her first days and weeks with my dad's family and being at school with everyone and going to concerts in Raleigh. She showed me my mom's senior picture in her yearbook.

Tomorrow (which is very soon, I really should be asleep right now) we will leave the apartment at 8.30am to go to Versaille. !!! Then a lunch out on the town, the the Eiffel Tower (someone tell Peter, he was asking me when i would go).
